Remembering my first hamster as a little girl, “Sugar”, I began to create this embroidery. I thought of that summer where I would bring him into the backyard and watch him wander and explore though the blades of grass as I listened to cicadas hum in the background. This embroidery ships in pictured frame with d-rings to be easily hung on a wall.
